The member business directory is intended for businesses owned and operated by SF members, SFA Chapter 16, or businesses endorsed by Chapter 16 members. To get your business listed, complete the form below. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.   • By submitting its business information for inclusion in the SFA Chapter 16 Member Business Directory, the Business acknowledges and agrees to the following terms for use and inclusion in the directory:
    1. 1. All application information being submitted is accurate and verifiable. SFA Chapter 16 is permitted to verify the information and investigate the good standing of the Business. SFA Chapter 16 shall have sole discretion whether to include or discontinue the listing of the Business in the directory. The Business waives any and all claims under any theory of law or equity it may have against SFA Chapter 16 for failing to list or discontinuing any listing.
    2. 2. SFA Chapter 16 shall not endorse or otherwise make any representation regarding the quality of the products or services offered by the Business.
    3. 3. Business shall not advertise or publish except in connection with this directory that it is a SFA Chapter 16 Member Business Directory participant.
    4. 4. Business shall not offer or promote through this directory any product, service or program that could be deemed illegal, obscene, or hateful.
    5. 5. Business owner shall remain at all times a member in good standing of SFA or have a direct endorsement for an SFA member in good standing.
